Terms of Service
Last Updated: 17 July 2026
1. Services
RightSite provides website design, brand development, hosting, maintenance, support and related digital services as agreed with each client.
2. Project Scope
Every project begins with a clearly defined scope, outlining the work included in your selected package.
For clients on a RightSite Care Plan, minor website updates include small text changes, image replacements, content updates and similar low-impact modifications. Requests that significantly alter the website's design, structure or functionality may be quoted separately.
Any work outside the agreed project scope or included care plan will be billed at our As Needed rate of $120 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
3. Payment
Website packages require payment as outlined in your selected package.
Ongoing care plans are billed according to your chosen billing cycle.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
4. Care Plans
Standard Care includes a 4-month minimum term.
After the minimum term has been completed, you may cancel your care plan at any time.
Essentials Hosting is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time.
5. Website Ownership & Handover
Clients retain ownership of all content they provide, including logos, text and images.
Clients on the Essentials package may request their website source code, website files and supplied assets at any time.
Clients on the Standard Care package will receive their website source code, website files and supplied assets upon cancellation of their care plan, provided the 4-month minimum term has been completed and all outstanding invoices have been paid.
6. Portfolio Use
By engaging with RightSite, you agree that we may showcase the completed website in our portfolio.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding and any other materials required to complete the project.
Delays in providing requested materials may affect project timelines.
8. Liability
RightSite will take reasonable care to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services, hosting providers or internet infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightSite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes
RightSite may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
