1. Website Projects

Every RightSite website is custom-built for each client.

If you have any concerns during your project, we encourage you to get in touch so we can work towards a solution.

Where a project is cancelled before completion, refund requests will be assessed fairly based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

2. Care Plans

Monthly and annual care plan payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

Clients may cancel their care plan in accordance with their selected package and the Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
